Your Order

Placing Orders for Products
By placing an Order for Products through the Service, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering
into binding contracts.

Delivery

We shall make every effort to arrange delivery of the goods in a timely manner once a delivery time and date have been agreed.
You must be available at the agreed time/s to advise on unloading of goods unless otherwise expressly agreed.
Bulk bags must be unloaded on hard standing such as a driveway or similar area on your property only. We do not unload onto public footpaths, pavements or public roadways.
We reserver the right to charge additional delivery charges if we are unable to deliver as arranged due to:
-Lack of your attendance at the specified delivery address.
-Unsuitable unloading conditions at the delivery address such as a cluttered, wet or unsafe delivery area or stairs/steps.

We deliver to the ground floor only. We do not deliver to first floor apartments or cellars.

Storage

Storage areas must be clean, well lit, easily accessible and free of rubbish, trip hazards or pet droppings.
We do not store firewood in your house. Wheelbarrow access is required.

We accept no responsibility for accidental damage when delivering or storing your goods.

Your Information

If You wish to place an Order for Products available on the website, You may be asked to supply certain
information relevant to Your Order including, without limitation, Your name, Your email, Your phone number, your Eircode,
Your credit card number, the expiration date of Your credit card, Your billing address, and Your shipping
information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) You have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or other
payment method(s) in connection with any Order; and that (ii) the information You supply to us is true,
correct and complete.
By submitting such information, You grant us the right to provide the information to payment processing
third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Your Order.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited
to:

Payments

Affinity Card, American Express cards or online payment methods (PayPal, for example).
Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card
issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of
Your Order.
